Step 1
To gain access to our online training, you’ll need to send an e-mail with your first and last name to: agentmail@diamond-memorial.com. You will receive an e-mail with a link that will direct you to setup your login password. Your username will be your e-mail address.
Step 2
Our corporate website address is: www.diamond-memorial.com. Every time you need to access the training page, you can go to the site, click on the ‘Agent Login’ option and sign in. You will use your email address and the corresponding password to enter the site.
Step 3
On the online training page you will find 16 different videos, 12 in English and 4 in Spanish. Their content is varied and they are aimed at providing the necessary support for those agents that are starting with the agency. We also provide some helpful PDF files that can be downloaded for your use.

Funeral Advantage Presentations
You will find 2 different presentations concerning the Funeral Advantage product, which will give you different approaches on how to deliver your own presentation in the future. The third presentation is in Spanish, done by the Regional Manager and Top Producer, Jose Escobar.
Applications
We offer 6 videos that accurately describe how to complete the most common and important forms of the application. The forms include: the Lincoln Heritage Main Application form, the Bank Authorization, the Funeral Consumer Guardian Society form, the Child Rider Application, the Supplemental Application and the Replacement Application form.
Tips & Help Videos
One section includes 4 videos with helpful tips from one of our Top Producers, Jasmine Peavy. Videos such as, "Mastering Objections" or "Increasing Successful Closing" will be very important tools when confronting your prospective clients in the field. You will find videos in Spanish with the same concept, presented by Regional Manager and Top Producer, Jose Escobar.
